Roman A. Matusz has been in the Financial Services business since 1993. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, he began working with individuals and business owners in helping them to achieve their financial goals with a focus on Wealth Building & Preservation, Insurance Protection and Investment & Retirement Strategies.

In 2004, Roman became an Agency Sales Manager, where his responsibilities grew to include recruiting, training and the development of Financial Service Professionals new to the agency.  Roman transitioned into the role of Co-General Agent of MassMutual Pittsburgh at the beginning of 2017 and Managing Partner in 2019. His experience, leadership, and commitment to the agency has been vital in growing our firm into the highly performing organization that it is today.

Roman is a member of and serves on the Board of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Active in the community, he is also on the board of The Brashear Association, a south Pittsburgh community organization dedicated to supporting and enriching families to build more vital lives and neighborhoods.
