Matt McClintock is a Financial Services Representative at MassMutual Pittsburgh, where he works with individuals to help them achieve their financial and retirement goals. By fostering structure, creating financial strategies, and maintaining a personal touchpoint, Matt strives to ensure his clients feel supported and confident about their financial future. Drawing on his background as a Certified Public Accountant* (CPA), he brings a meticulous and client-focused approach to every financial journey, helping clients understand they have a reliable partner in their corner.
Before joining MassMutual Pittsburgh in 2025, Matt worked as a CPA at an audit firm. As a supervisor, he led audit teams to review financial statements, identified opportunities for improvement, and provided actionable feedback to enhance companies' financial standing. This experience helped hone his analytical skills and reinforced his commitment to helping others improve their financial well-being.
Matt is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in financial planning. He also holds an associate’s degree in accounting from Carlow University.

My hope is that after meeting with me, clients feel supported and empowered to establish meaningful goals and plans to help achieve them. In my previous career as an auditor, I didn’t have the opportunity to form those personal touchpoints, so I’m excited to build lasting relationships with clients and help them feel like they have someone in their corner,” Matt shares.
When he’s not working, Matt enjoys playing golf and softball. He’s an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Ohio State football. At home, he cherishes time with his wife and two children, Scarlett and Silas.
