Heather Bonomi CLTC®

Director of Recruiting

I represent Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual). Founded in 1851, MassMutual is a leading mutual life insurance company that is run for the benefit of its members and participating policyholders. The company has a long history of financial strength and strong performance, and although dividends are not guaranteed, MassMutual has paid dividends to eligible participating policyholders consistently since the 1860s. With whole life insurance as its foundation, MassMutual provides products to help meet the financial needs of clients, such as life insurance, disability income insurance, long term care insurance, retirement/401(k) plan services, and annuities. In addition, the company’s strong and growing network of financial professionals helps clients make good financial decisions for the long-term.

I am looking to introduce people to a career as a financial services representative where you can take the skills, drive and desire you possess and use them to help individuals and businesses solve their most important financial challenges.

Discover a career that can’t be off-shored or outsourced. At our agency you’ll be part of an entrepreneurial system with the freedom to provide solutions for your clients from a broad portfolio of innovative products, access to powerful sales tools, and a large resource network so you can focus on activities that get results.

Some of the attributes I seek in candidates are: competitiveness, problem solver, networker, coachable, organized, and results and ethics driven.

Results-driven compensation and access to a competitive benefits package is available for qualified Financial Services Representatives including medical and dental, life and disability insurance, and thrift and pension plans.*

*Eligibility applies only to those Financial Services Representatives who hold a full-time career contract (X4X) with MassMutual. Eligibility for subsidized benefits and before-tax coverage is based on meeting certain contract requirements. Benefit plan provisions are subject to modification or termination. Financial Services Professionals are independent contractors and are not employees of MassMutual, its subsidiaries, or of the General Agents with whom they contract.
